Net-SNMP for Windows 7

I am trying to install Net-SNMP to Windows 7.
Where can I find the 64-bits Net-SNMP?

You have to install the 32 bit version.. I have never found a 64 bit version. All I use is the 32 Bit version on all of my computers..
Win7, Win 8, Win10,
